Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Packages are shipped via USPS. Shipping is currently only available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Cocco Clinique MD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
We do not ship to P.O. BOXES – PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Cocco Clinique MD is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
If you realize you have entered the incorrect shipping information, you may try to correct the shipping information before the order is processed by immediately contacting customer service at (972) 200-1718 during business hours or, firstname.lastname@example.org after hours. If the order has already shipped to the wrong address, the package will have to be returned to Cocco Clinique MD before it can re-ship to the correct address and the customer will be responsible for the added costs.
If a package is returned to Cocco Clinique MD due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, a restocking fee of $15.00 as well as any applicable shipping cost will be applied. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid this fee.
All unopened purchased product are eligible for a full refund. 100% refund will be issued on your unopened item(s) returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- On items that qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt, the customer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is undamaged in new condition.
- For all product returns, the original packing slip is REQUIRED to be considered for reimbursement. Please note that we may not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
- All return merchandise must be in its original packaging.
- Once the item is received, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
- Applicable shipping and/or handling costs are non-refundable.
- Returns or exchanges are limited to 3 items in any 365-day period from the date of the original purchase.
