Cocco Clinique MD LA Micropumice is a pharmaceutical grade emollient polishing cleanser. It contains eco-safe silica beads to micro-exfoliate while gently cleansing skin. The creamy moisturizing formula contains Sodium lactate, Petrolatum and Sodium PCA. It can serve as a hydrating masque when left on skin for 3-5 minutes.
Cocco Clinique MD LA Micropumice can be used to polish the sloughing caused by Cocco Clinique MD PowerPeel Weekly. When used in conjunction with Cocco Clinique MD Vita-C, Chrono Repair PM, or Genesis PM, has a synergistic effect and is tolerated well in the treatment of acne or photo-damaged skin.

Mechanism of action of Sodium Lactate at the cellular level. Sodium Lactate is the sodium salt of Lactic Acid, a type of alpha hydroxyl acid derived from food products (in this case from milk). When applied to skin, it has a keratolytic effect, meaning it softens keratin, the top layer of the skin. This improves the skin’s moisture binding capacity thus improving texture and dryness.
Product Facts
Dosage & Administration: Use 1-2 times weekly in the evening. Cleanse skin and apply to wet skin and massage and a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly. To use as a mask, apply to damp skin and leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse off. Preferably use in the evening and follow with Cocco Clinique MD Vita-C, Chrono Repair PM, or the Genesis lines.
